Overview

If there is a legitimate reason a participant is unable to attend a class or session of a given date, they will receive a **voucher** for another class or session of equal value provided the reason is communicated more than 14 days before the original start date. The **voucher** will be valid for use within 90-days of issue.

If cancellations or rescheduling requests are made 14 or fewer calendar days from the class or session start date, the participant forfeits the entire booking fee. At its sole discretion, McCharles Technologies may rebook a participant into class or session. The rebooking will be subject to 35% charge of the current posted price of the class or session being rebooked.

Policy Amendments

McCharles Technologies reserves the right to change pricing, registration terms, and conditions, make changes to any of our products or services described on this website, or change a course location or cancel a course at any time without notice or liability.

Liability & Responsibilities

McCharles Technologies’ sole liability will be limited to the refunding of any fees paid in respect of the course/session. We shall not be responsible for any incidental or consequential loss arising whatsoever.

Enrollment Changes

We will endeavor to give participants as much advance notice as possible of any changes to their enrollment. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, any terms or conditions specified on or referenced within an ordering document shall have no force or effect.
